Joyce Ann White, 67, of Rock Hill, South Carolina, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Saturday, November 1, 2025. She was born on January 1, 1958, in Rock Hill, SC, to the late Joe Meek White and Margaret Jeannette Childers White. She was the second born of the new year in 1958.
Joyce Ann had a zeal for life and adventure from the start. She loved to travel and try new things and never met a stranger. She had a love for all people and she adored animals. She loved good food and good times. She worked hard and always tried to see the good in things. She was known for her joyous laughter, generous spirit, and had a smile that could light up a room. Christmas was her favorite time of the year and she made sure everyone had a gift to open. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and friend.
She is preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Donald White; and one sister, Deborah Phillips. She is survived by her twin brothers, Joey and Tommy.
She is survived by her life partner, Loyd Suttles (Charlotte); her daughter, Jennifer Glose (Jonathan) of Mint Hill, NC; son, Kary Blaylock (Kaitlyn Lyndon) of Lexington, NC; son, Nathaniel Blaylock (Natalie Haire Blaylock) of Warrenville, SC; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 3:00 PM at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill, SC 29732.
