Caroline S. Harlow, cherished wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 29, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Born on July 21, 1944, in Alton, Illinois, Caroline was the beloved daughter of the late Russell Melson Sr. and the late Martha Frank.
Caroline is survived by her devoted husband, Richard Harlow, and their three sons: Richard Russell Harlow (Becky), Victor P. Harlow, and Ron Harlow. She also leaves behind a loving host of grandchildren who will remember her warmth and love.
Caroline’s spirit will live on in the hearts of her family and friends. She will be greatly missed but forever cherished.
