Rock Hill, SC – Thomas B Carter, passed away on Friday, January 16, 2026 at Magnolia Manor in Rock Hill.
A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, January 23, 2026 at Catawba Baptist Church Cemetery, 1450 Anderson Road S, Rock Hill, SC 29730 with Dr. Ron Richardson officiating.
Born in Lesslie, SC, Mr. Carter was the son of the late Ray Carter and the late Eura Phillips Carter. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Jessie Gaston Carter. He was a member of Catawba Baptist Church.
Surviving are his sons, Thomas B. Carter, Jr. (Alice) of Las Vegas, NV and James “Jimmy” Carter (Glenna) of Moncks Corner, SC; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
