Rock Hill, SC – Joe Carol Morrison, age 63, passed away surrounded by love, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, laughter, and genuine connection. He was a devoted husband, loving father, cherished brother, and loyal friend. Joe touched the lives of everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.

The family will receive friends on Friday, February 13, 2026 from 5:00 – 6:30 pm at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill, SC 29732. Calvary Baptist Church will host the family for a Memorial Service on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at 12:00 pm in their Worship Center, 830 N. Jones Ave., Rock Hill, SC 29730.

Joe was born in Darlington County and was the son of the late John Eli Morrison and the late Virginia Beasley Outlaw. He graduated from Bethune High School. For 26 years, Joe dedicated himself to his career at New Indy, where he was known for his strong work ethic and willingness to help others. Outside of work, Joe had a true zest for living. He loved playing and watching sports, riding motorcycles and cooking for others – finding his greatest joy in bringing people together.

Joe is survived by his beloved wife, Ann Keiger Morrison and his two children, Kelsey Morrison and Zachary Morrison, who were the joy of his life. He is also survived by his siblings, Judy Banks (Rutledge), Debbie Davis (Charles), and John Morrison (Jean). Joe was a man who valued family and never missed any opportunity to show his love and support.

He never met a stranger. Joe greeted everyone with a smile, kind word, and open heart. Always ready to lend a hand, he lived his life with an infectious positivity that will deeply be missed.
