Leroy Stevenson Deese, Jr., 70, of Chester, South Carolina, passed away on Friday, May 29, 2026.
Born on October 5, 1955, in Rock Hill, South Carolina, Leroy was the son of the late Leroy S. Deese and Mary Bell Deese. He was a hardworking carpenter who spent many years in the construction industry and took great pride in his craftsmanship and the work of his hands. Leroy also served his country in the United States Army. He will be remembered as a loving brother, uncle, and friend with a strong work ethic, and dedication to those he cared about.
He was a jack of all trades, a giver, and a believer who loved God.
Mr. Deese’s wishes were fulfilled by a private burial. He will be dearly missed by those who knew him.
