Rock Hill, SC – Mr. Bruce Jennings Morris, 78, passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2026 at his home.
A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, September 18, 2026 at Forest Hills Cemetery, 4290 Old York Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29732.
Born in Rock Hill, SC, Bruce was the son of the late William Jennings Morris, Jr. and the late Dorothy Player Morris. He proudly served in the United States Army and fought in the Vietnam War. He enjoyed traveling and playing golf. He traveled to 57 countries in 50 years, experiencing other cultures and cuisine. He was most fond of his role as the president of “Bruce’s Brunch Bunch”.
Surviving are his daughter, Tiffany Morris Evans of Rock Hill, SC; his sister, Gail Morris of Rock Hill; his 3 grandchildren, Meg Smith (Mark) of Rock Hill, William Evans (Ashley) of Rock Hill, and Rebecca Wilson (Chandler) of Gastonia, NC; and his 4 great-grandchildren, Rori, Ceci, Olivia, and Ellie who is due in January 2027.
