Rock Hill, SC – Ann Marshall Lowe, 91, peacefully passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2026.
Ann was born in Evanston, Illinois, and dedicated her life to her wonderful family.
She was the beloved wife of Daniel W. Lowe and a loving mother to her late daughter, Kimberly Miley, and her son, William J. Lowe and his wife, Bernadette Lowe. She was a proud grandmother to three grandchildren, including Robin Ruffolo and his wife, Megan, and a loving great-grandmother to Nico Ruffolo.
Ann greatly enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, watching her favorite classic movies, and reading.
