Robin Laurene Wozniak, 62, of Rock Hill, SC passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 22, 2024, surrounded by her loving family, who will miss her. But even so, she would want us all to celebrate her life, like she celebrated every day of hers.
Robin was born on November 8, 1962, to the late William Lowell Nugent and Barbara Irene Nugent on the USAF Base Hospital in Bermuda. Throughout her life, Robin was one of a kind. She just had a creative way of looking at things. She loved her plants, gardening, and just being outdoors. Robin also enjoyed painting and left us with a lovely collection to remember her by. During her work life, she operated industrial sewing machines for Southern Filter Fabricators. She especially loved her family and treated all of her friends like family too. She is remembered as being so caring and even like a mother to many of her son’s friends as they grew up. Robin loved to decorate for the holidays and it was something that she always really looked forward to. Anyone that knew Robin, loved her. And you couldn’t find a more loving or caring person to be around. From your husband and best friend, goodbye to my best friend until we are together again in Heaven.
Robin is preceded in death by her late parents, and her brother, Jamie Nugent.
She is survived by her husband and best friend of 47 years, James Anthony Wozniak Jr.; her son, James Anthony Wozniak III; her brother, William Kevin Nugent (Donna); and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 11, 2024, at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill, SC 29732.
