Major John R. “Jack” Bialkowski (b. 7/17/1939, Detroit, MI) a resident of Rock Hill, SC passed peacefully at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House December 26, 2024, with loving family by his side.
Jack is survived by his wife Kathy J. Bialkowski, sister Cecilia B. Kitze, and daughter Angela B. Stockdale. He is preceded in death by his father Clement J. Bialkowski (Detroit, MI), Mother Virginia K. Smith (Detroit, MI) and son John R. Bialkowski, Jr.
Jack a proud, decorated Army Ranger Veteran who willingly served in Vietnam and our country for 25 years. During his Military Career he was honored by various achievements plus metals which are inclusive but not limited to, 3 Bronze Stars, a Silver Star, and 2 Purple Hearts.
A graveside service for family and friends is scheduled January 3, 2025 at Forest Hills Cemetery, 4290 Old York Rd, Rock Hill at 11:00am. Jack’s ashes along with son John, Jr. will be laid to rest.
No formalized receiving will be held at Greene Funeral Home, 2133 Ebenezer Rd, Rock Hill.
