Rock Hill, SC – It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Curtis Jeffery (Jeff) Pittman, who passed away peacefully on May 25, 2025, at the age of 55 years young.
Jeff was born in Rock Hill, SC on December 8, 1969. Attending Rock Hill High School, he graduated with the 1988 Bearcat Class. He was the son of Johnny and Ann Pittman and the baby of his three loving brothers, Eddie Pittman (Deidre Pittman), Brian Pittman, and Mike Pittman (Shannon Pittman).
Jeff was a devoted and loving father to his kids, Alex Pittman (Alyssa Pittman), and Ashleigh Pittman Montgomery (Matthew Montgomery), and his 5 grandkids, Colton Pittman, Cooper Pittman, Cohen Pittman, Daxton Montgomery, and Dylan Montgomery. He was an unbelievable dad and papaw who always put his family first. Jeff loved his kids and grandkids unconditionally, whether it was supporting them at their sporting events or just spending all his time soaking up baby cuddles with his little ones.
When Jeff wasn’t with his grandkids, he was driving nails or drilling screws, building and remodeling homes. He enjoyed hanging out and swapping stories with his closest buddies who he loved dearly, or hopelessly watching his Tarheel sports. Jeff had a shine that would brighten any room. If you were around Jeff, you knew it was a good time, and the jokes would be rolling. That was Jeff’s purpose; to make anyone smile that he had the privilege to meet.
Jeff is survived by his kids, Alex Pittman (Alyssa Pittman), Ashleigh Pittman Montgomery (Mathew Montgomery); his grandkids, Colton Pittman, Cooper Pittman, Cohen Pittman, Daxton Montgomery, and Dylan Montgomery; his three brothers, Eddie Pittman (Deidre Pittman), Brian Pittman, and Mike Pittman (Shannon Pittman); his niece, Camryn Pittman, and his nephews, Parker Pittman Peyton Pittman.
Jeff is proceeded in death by his father, Johnny Pittman and his mother, Ann Pittman.
A Memorial Celebration of Life will be held on June 14, at the address of 1486 Meadowdale Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29732, from 2pm – till.
