Rock Hill – Mrs. Peggy Cudd Tucker, 89, passed away July 23, 2025 at Piedmont Medical Center in Fort Mill.
Mrs. Tucker was born in Spartanburg, SC and the only child of the late Robert Edgar Cudd and the late Lounette Vess Cudd. Peggy graduated from Rock Hill High School and attended classes at the University of SC where she enrolled in classes for Radiology at Spartanburg and received Registration in X-Ray Technology. Peggy was active for over 20 years at Park Baptist Church. She was a active member of the Order of the Eastern Star and a life member of Corinthian Chapter No. 297.
A graveside service for Mrs. Cudd will be held 2:00 pm, Sunday, July 27, 2025 at Laurelwood Cemetery, 143 Laurel Street, Rock Hill with Reverends Randy Hatcher and Jon Oliphant officiating along with the Eastern Star presenting their Memorial Tribute.
Mrs. Tucker is survived by her husband of 70 years, Wayne W. Tucker; her son, Major Robert Eugene Tucker, Ret. USAF (Elaine) of Shalimar, Fl; her daughter, Elizabeth T. Jack of Chester, SC; and her four grandchildren and her ten great grandchildren.
