Rock Hill, SC – Olin Gregory “Jr.”, 76, passed away at his home on Saturday, July 26, 2025.
Born on February 19, 1949 in Jefferson, SC, Olin was the son of the late Owen Gregory and the late Callie Hopkins Gregory.
Olin enjoyed fishing, often spending long, tranquil hours by the water, enjoying the serenity. He also liked gardening and cherished spending time with his family, mostly Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners, which were his favorite.
Olin is survived by his wife of 38 years, Shellie Gregory; and Daylin Outlaw of the home; his children, Randy Gregory (Sherry), Robert Gregory (Jewell), Selina Kedar (Raj), Leonard Woodard (Jaime), Shellie Woodard (Roger), Jason Outen (Lucy), John Outen and Melissa Kimble (Donnie); his sisters, Essie Kathol, Dorothy Hull and Dollie Kenny, as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Aside from his parents, Gregory is preceded in death by his son, J.J Smith; and siblings, Susan Brown and David Gregory. His laughter, kindness, and love for the little things in life will be missed dearly.
A memorial service will be on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 2 PM at Celriver Church of God, 280 Celriver Road, Rock Hill, SC, 29730. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at 1 PM. There will be a luncheon after the service
