Sandra Davis, 84, a long-time resident of Rock Hill died on August 8, 2025 after a long illness. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, George Davis, daughters, Sherri (Don Hannan), Renee (Mark Hobbs) and Suzzanne (Todd Brakefield), grandsons, Zachary (Jackie), Joseph and Matthew (Andrea) Brakefield and Adam Lucas and six great-grandchildren as well as sisters, Sharon Thomas and Barbara Halligan and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Mary and Clinton Adams, stepfather Michael Halas, and siblings Mary Kay, Alrita and Paul.
She was a devoted Catholic and enjoyed baking, working jigsaw puzzles, watching musicals, listening to music, and reading.
Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at St. Ann Catholic Church, 3635 Park Road, Charlotte. There will be a final viewing at 10:30 AM, Rosary at 10:45 AM and Mass at 11 AM. A private burial will follow.
The family is thankful and grateful for the kind care provided by the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice and Community Care staff. They were truly a blessing when they needed help the most.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a memorial donation to Wayne T. Patrick Hospice and Community Care or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
