Mr. Billy Joe Baker, Jr., age 37, passed away on September 3, 2025. He was a native of Catawba, SC and was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Billy Baker, Sr. Billy was employed at Blythe Development Company, working as a machine operator.
Surviving are his sister, Ms. Crystal Evans of Catawba, SC; his girlfriend, Ms. Cecilia Nicole Harris of Catawba, SC; his brothers, Mr. Jason Chandler of York, SC and Mr. Shawn Shehan of Rock Hill SC; his niece Ms. Makenzie Cooper of Catawba, SC; his nephew, Mr. Trey Williams of Catawba, SC; his aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Rick Carr (Kathy) of Payson, AZ; his uncle, Mr. Bob Baker of Rock Hill, SC; and his aunts, Ms. Diane Snyder of Saucier, MS, Ms. Myra Chavez of Bernie, TX, Ms. Shelby Wood, Ms. Von Baker, Ms. Evelyn Deyton, and Ms. Grace Neely all of Rock Hill, SC. Billy was blessed by these family members, along with additional family members and close friends.
Memorial services will be hosted by India Hook United Methodist Church, 3300 Mt. Gallant Road, Rock Hill, SC 29732 at 4:00 pm on Saturday, September 20, 2025.
