Rock Hill, SC – Mr. Aston “Duwatt” Lee Morton, 58, passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at Atrium Health – Pineville.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, March 20, 2023 at Greene Funeral Home Downtown Chapel, 355 East White Street, Rock Hill, SC 29730. Burial will follow at Grandview Memorial Park, 620 South Cherry Road, Rock Hill, with Reverend Jerry Devinney officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm till 7:00 pm on Sunday, March 19, 2023 at Greene Funeral Home Downtown Chapel, 355 E White Street, Rock Hill, SC.
Born in Rock Hill, April 21, 1964 Mr. Morton was the son of the late Charles Aston Morton, Sr. and the late Vivian Ruth Ball Morton. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Charles Aston Morton, Jr., Robert Gibson, James Mason Morton.
Mr. Morton is survived by his sister and long time caregiver, Patricia Gunter of Rock Hill; two brothers, Henry (Rachel) Taylor of Rock Hill, and Stacy Morton of Rock Hill; six special nephews, Michael, Chris, Charlie, Davin, Trevor, Xavier; six special nieces, Misty, Michelle, Amanda, Brandy, Lacey, and Brianna; Many more nephews and nieces; his daily caregiver, Rhonda Davis.
