Brenda Craig Laffoon, 83, died peacefully at her home on December 20, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred W. Laffoon, Jr. and her parents, Murray and Dorothy Craig. She is survived by her daughter, Nathalia L. Steele (Lewis), her grandchildren, Jordan Steele-McSwain (Justin), and John W. Steele (Mandy), her great grandchildren, Evie Bendickson and Wilder McSwain, her sister Judy C. Wilson and sisters in law, Nancy Lowery and Terri Laffoon.
She was a member of First Baptist Church in Rock Hill and was retired from the Rock Hill Police Department.
The memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, December 23rd at King James Baptist Church, 323 Kings Mountain St., York, SC with Reverend Lewis Steele officiating. The family will receive friends after the service. Burial will be private.
