Rock Hill, SC – Brent McConnell, 53, of Rock Hill, SC died peacefully at his home on Wednesday, September 27, 2023.
Brent was a 15-year employee of Domtar in Rock Hill and previously worked at Georgia Pacific. He was a former member of the Lesslie Fire Department. He loved photography and was once a member of the Model Railroaders Association group here in Rock Hill. He also loved going to tractor pulls and going to drag races with his dad. Brent was preceded in death by his dad Larry McConnell; his maternal grandparents J.C. and Carrie Green, and his paternal grandparents Bill and Joyce McConnell. He is survived by his mom Sandy McConnell; his three aunts, Shelby Bishop (Mike), Lori Fisher (John), and Susan Saverance (Ronnie); his 2 uncles Clay Green, and Frank McConnell (Kathy); and many cousins. Brent was a loving and cherished son and will be deeply missed.
