With heavy hearts and profound gratitude for a life well-lived, we announce the passing of Connie Lynn Kuntz Turner, 55, on June 23, 2026. Connie’s journey began on November 23, 1970, in Saint Marys, Pennsylvania, where she was the daughter to Gerald and Joyce Smith Kuntz. A loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, Connie touched the lives of many with her passion and love for others.
Connie’s life was a testament to service and dedication. She bravely served her country in the United States Army, an experience that she carried with pride throughout her life. She later pursued her education with determination, attending Phoenix University, where she expanded her horizons and cultivated a passion for healthcare.
In Rock Hill, South Carolina, Connie found her soulmate in Woodrow Turner, with whom she shared a loving marriage filled with laughter, adventures, and countless cherished memories. Together, they nurtured a beautiful family. This includes a bonus daughter, Carissa Smith; daughter, Kelsey Turner (Josh); son, Vonn Turner (Madison); and daughter, Jayden Turner (Jacoby Perry).
Connie’s career consisted of various positions in the healthcare industry, with the most recent as a Senior Solutions Advisor for Your Health. She showcased her unwavering commitment to improving the lives of those around her. Her colleagues and clients alike were touched by her empathy and dedication, qualities that also shone brightly in her community involvement.
As a proud member of the Rotary Club in Indian Land, SC, and a devoted supporter of multiple organizations caring for senior adults, Connie worked tirelessly to bring about positive change and hope.
Family was the cornerstone of Connie’s life. She was a devoted grandmother to Ja’cere Perry, Izayah Turner, Violet Perry, Woodrow Turner III, and Hazel Perry. Her legacy of love, kindness, and resilience will forever be cherished by her surviving family, including her siblings: Kathy Pierce (Greg), Jan Lutz, Karl Kuntz (Laura), and Jack Kuntz (Debby).
Connie’s circle extended beyond family to include a close-knit group of friends who were like family to her. Special friends Carrie Smith, Robette Parrish, Dianne Hefney, Laney Donald, Kayla Cline, Laura Glenn, and her dear friend of 32 years, Beckie Cunningham, were treasured companions who shared in her joys and provided comfort in life’s challenges.
A celebration of Connie’s remarkable life will be held on June 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the American Legion located at 524 Heckle Blvd, Rock Hill, SC 29730. The family will receive friends following the memorial service. Family and friends are invited to gather to honor her memory and the indelible mark she left on all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Connie’s memory, supporting causes close to her heart. Though Connie’s physical presence is no longer with us, her spirit of love, her unwavering strength, and her legacy of kindness remain in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to have known her.
