Rock Hill, SC – Duane Carl LaBrie, 74, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 19, 2023, at his home.
Duane Carl LaBrie was born on August 28, 1949, to the late Charlie and Nellie LaBrie, in Jeffersonville, Vermont. During Duane’s life, he enjoyed boating, fishing, playing Texas Hold-Em, camping, and most of all, being with family.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Sherry Pouliot LaBrie; daughter and son-in-law, Jamie and Micah Gaylor, of Lancaster, SC, and their five children, Judah, Selah, Elise, Ruby, and Aren; daughter, Wendy Mae, of Vermont; and one sister and brother-in-law, Diane and Louie St. Cyr, of Vermont.
Duane is preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Nellie LaBrie, and his brothers, David, Dean, and Darryl LaBrie.
There will be no services held at this time in South Carolina but the family will plan private arrangements at a later date.
