Evelyn Parsons of Rock Hill, SC, daughter of Joseph and Gene Krapa, passed away peacefully on January 18, 2025. Born in Bellaire, OH, Evelyn’s life was marked by service, success, and love.
She began her career as a Registered Dietitian, leading nutrition programs at Reynolds Memorial Hospital. Later, she transitioned to finance, managing a thriving Allstate agency and working with Sinclair Financial Solutions, where she played a key role in helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Evelyn earned her MBA from Winthrop University in 2005, reflecting her lifelong pursuit of growth and learning. She was a devoted wife to David Parsons and a loving mother to two daughters. She always put family first and found joy in the company of her four grandchildren.
Evelyn is survived by her sisters, Kathy Litzenberger, Cheryl Ward, Marlin Bechtel and Rita Weeks; her brothers, Donn Sinclair and Geno Krapa; and was preceded in death by her brother, Alan Krapa.
Her favorite activities included traveling, walking {any} beach, and Goodwilling on Tuesdays.
Evelyn’s strength, wisdom, and compassion will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
The family will hold a private ceremony.
