Rock Hill, SC – Jamie Russell Brower passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2024.
Jamie was born March 24, 1963, in Johnosn City, TN. She was the daughter of Deborah Bayne Russell and the late James Michael Russell.
Most of Jamie’s childhood was spent in Charlotte, NC. She graduated from South Mecklenburg High School and attended CPCC. She then married Kelly Brower, and had two sons, Russell and Hayden. After living in Atlanta for 20 years, she and Kelly returned to the area to be close to family.
Jamie was a devoted and loving wife, mother, daughter, and sister. She was full of sunshine, energy, an excellent cook, and a friend to all. Always kind hearted, she was a great champion to the less fortunate and thoroughly loved volunteering.
She is survived by her husband, Kelly; her sons, Russell and Hayden; her mother, Debbie; her brother, David; and her aunts, Becky Roeltson and Sarah Sams.
A celebration of life service will be held at 4:00 PM on Saturday, February 3, 2024, at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill, South Carolina 29732. The family will receive visitors prior to the service beginning at 3:00 PM at the funeral home.
