Janice K. Lahr, 84 of Rock Hill, SC, passed away peacefully on March 20, 2025.
Janice was born in Decatur, IL, living there for many years of her life. She also resided in Tampa, FL, and lastly in Rock Hill, SC. Janice loved her career as a Certified Operating Room Technician and C.O.R.T. Instructor in Decatur, IL, and Tampa, FL. Janice enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.
Janice was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbur and Norma Berger. Janice is survived by her three sons, Joe Douglas (Laura) Baker, Kent (Taunya) Baker, and Todd (Debby) Baker, her three siblings, David (Barbara) Berger, Sally (Mike) Lee, and Ellen Berger, five grandchildren, Brittany (Johnson)Li, Jeremy Baker, Jessica Baker, Amber Baker, and Kyle Baker, and two great-grandchildren, Maddy Li and Anden Li.
A celebration of Janice’s life is planned for April in Decatur, IL.
