York, SC – Jeffrey (Jeff) Alan Cline passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love and comfort of his family, on February 7, 2026.
Born in Charleston, West Virginia, on March 2, 1963, Jeff was the son of Dorma Genevieve Barnett and the late Eldon Joey Cline.
Jeff was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and uncle. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Martha Cline; his daughter, Jessica Long; and his cherished grandchildren, Chloe Stajin, Haley Stajin, and Canon Long. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Tresa Howell; brother-in-law, David Howell; nephew, Billy Pullen; nieces, Hannah and Sierra Pullen; his mother, Dorma G. Barnett; stepfather, J.D. Barnett; brother, Christopher Cline; nephew, Christian Cline; and niece, Sophia Cline.
Family was the center of Jeff’s life. He worked tirelessly to ensure his family always knew they were deeply loved, supported, and provided for. His dedication was evident in everything he did. Jeff treasured family trips, new adventures, and time spent making memories with those he loved most.
Jeff also found peace and joy outdoors and had a deep appreciation for nature and its tranquility. He was known for his active spirit, sense of fun, and boundless energy.
Professionally, Jeff was a licensed HVAC and Electrical Contractor in North Carolina, South Carolina, and West Virginia. With a career spanning more than 37 years, he took great pride in his work and was passionate about continually learning new techniques and staying current with evolving technology. His skill, knowledge, and problem-solving abilities earned him respect and trust throughout his career.
