Rock Hill, SC – Jeffery Dean “Jeff” Leazer, 57, of Rock Hill, South Carolina, passed away unexpectedly in March 2026.

Jeff was born on April 16, 1968, to Jane and Bob Leazer of Rock Hill. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Jeff lived a life that was, at times, complicated, but also full of curiosity, energy, and a desire to enjoy the moment. He loved trying new things and was always up for an experience—whether it was a thrill ride, a spicy food challenge, or taking his car out on the racetrack. He enjoyed golfing, cooking out, and took particular pride in a well-cooked steak. Jeff also found joy in growing tomatoes and vegetables, and in the simple moments of being silly and making others laugh.

Though he faced personal struggles, those who knew him could see glimpses of a man who, in his own way, was trying his best. He will be remembered for his spirited personality and the moments of lightness he brought into the lives of others.

Jeff is survived by his brother, Phil Leazer; his daughters, Ashley Karkoub (Ramzi), Amanda Harrell (Keith), and Alleigh Leazer; his nieces, Meagan Leazer-Pantone (Matt), Sydney Leazer, and Sutton Leazer; and five grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, from 3:00 to 4:00 PM at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill, SC.

In the end, Jeff will be remembered for the moments he brought joy, laughter, and a sense of adventure to those who knew him. He will be deeply missed.
