Ms. Louise Ledbetter Moss passed away on March 9, 2024. She was born on May 3, 1927 in Cherokee County, SC. She was a daughter of the late Thomas Ledbetter and the late Macy Ramsey. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Herbert Killian Moss, Sr.; her daughter, Frieda Deloris Moss Harvey and her husband Billy Harvey; her brothers, William, James, Daniel, John, David, Harvey, Marvin, and Tommie; her sisters, Bertha, Shirley, Wilma, and Carolyn.
Surviving is her daughter, Brenda M. Phifer (David); her son, Herbert “Herbie” Killian Moss, Jr. (Jeannete); her sister, Geraldine L. Robinson of Lakeland, FL; six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Ms. Moss was a member of the Trinity Church of the Nazarene (formerly West Main Church of the Nazarene) for 70+ years. She loved God, family and church friends and practiced her love for God daily.
There will be a Graveside Service on March 12, 2024 at 2PM at Forest Hills Cemetery, 4290 Old York Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29732.
