Rock Hill, South Carolina, Marsha Marion Kosnikowski, 76, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 3, 2026.
Born in Cheektowaga, New York, Marsha was the daughter of the late Harold Fluker and Rose Smith. She was also preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ron Kosnikowski, and her son, Eric Kosnikowski.
Marsha graduated from Cheektowaga Central High School in 1967 and married Ron in 1968. They spent many years living in Louisiana and Kansas before ultimately settling in Binghamton, New York. Throughout their life together, Marsha’s family was always at the center of everything she did. She took immense pride in being a mother and deeply cherished time spent with her family.
Marsha enjoyed reading, listening to music (especially The Beatles), cooking, and spending time at the beach. Christmas held a special place in her heart, and she treasured the traditions and togetherness the season brought. One of the highlights of family life was the annual trip to Long Beach Island, New Jersey, creating memories that will be treasured for years to come.
In their retirement years, Marsha and Ron enjoyed traveling together, with memorable trips to London, Italy, and Jamaica, along with their much-loved yearly getaway to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Marsha also had a deep love for animals and shared her home with many dogs and cats over the years.
Marsha is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Hisman, and her husband, Michael, along with many extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
