Mary Foxx Carver, 74, passed away at her home on June 3, 2026. Mary was a proud member of the Catawba Indian Nation and a faithful member of RHFCN.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at Rock Hill First Church of the Nazarene, 718 North Jones Avenue, with Pastor John Sadler officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Memorial Park on Cherry Road. The family will receive friends at the Church from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m., prior to the service.
Mary was the daughter of the late Beadie Mae Foxx and Tony Foxx. She was the devoted wife of the late Jack Carver, Sr.
Mary was a loving and dedicated mother to her three children: Jacqueline Martin (Travis), Jack Carver, Jr. (Dawn), and Kenny Carver (Dayana). She is also survived by her sister, Jeanie Thomas, and her brother, Billy Foxx; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends whose lives were touched by her.
Mary leaves behind a legacy of love. To know Mary was to love her. She never met a stranger and often went out of her way to care for anyone God placed in her path. Her kindness, compassion, and servant’s heart touched countless lives.
If Mary could share one final message, it would be simple: “Love One Another.” She lived a life devoted to her family, her friends, and most of all, her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Her unwavering faith guided her throughout her life and was evident in the love she showed to others every day.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who had the blessing of knowing her.
