Rock Hill, SC – Patricia Sanders Patti passed away on September 11, 2026. She was the daughter of Joe and Lois Sanders.
Patricia was preceded in death by her husband Charlie Patti. She is survived by her Brother and Sister-in-Law, Tim and Doris Patti of Gastonia NC, and by her Brother and Sister-in-Law, Brooks and Jaime Patti of Washington NC.
Patricia attended Rock Hill Public Schools and received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Winthrop University. She spent her career teaching elementary and middle school. She was the first ordained female Deacon at Newkirk Baptist Church. She was also an active deacon at Oakland Baptist Church. She was active in the Women’s Bible Study Group, worked at the Oakland Baptist Ministry Center, and taught Sunday School.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held September 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Oakland Baptist Church, 1067 Oakland Avenue, Rock Hill, SC 29732.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be sent to Oakland Baptist Church.
