Catawba, SC – Patricia Segura Garcia, 56, passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House.
Funeral service will be held at 6:00 pm on Friday, June 30, 2023 at Divine Savior Catholic Church, 232 Herndon Ave, York, SC 29745 with Father Adilso Coelho officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 9:30 pm on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill, SC.
Born in Mexico, Mrs. Garcia was the daughter of the late Fabian Segura-Lopez and the late Maria Isabel Garcia. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Lusiana Velasco, son, Jorge Velasco, granddaughter, Natalie Velasco, and grandson, Aaron Velasco. She enjoyed spending time with her grandkids and get-to-gathers with her family. She was a member of Divine Savior Catholic Church of York.
Mrs. Segura-Garcia is survived by her husband, Gilberto Velasco-Contreras; two sons, Gilberto (Magdalena) Velasco-Segura of Catawba, SC, and Epimenio Velasco of Catawba, SC; two grandsons, Jorge Cirilo-Velasco, and Sebastian Velasco; her brother, Eduardo Segura; her three sisters, Elizabeth Velasco, Veronica Segura, Maria Segura.
