Rock Hill, SC – Peggy Ann Estes, 67, passed away on Monday, August 10, 2026 at Piedmont Medical Center.
A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 22, 2026 at Grandview Memorial Park – Cherry Road, 620 S. Cherry Road, Rock Hill, SC 29732, with Rev. Jerry Devinney officiating.
Born in Rock Hill, SC, Peggy was the daughter of the late Ray Simpson Estes and the late Thelda McCoy Estes. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Dennis Estes. She was retired from Black & Decker following many years of service.
Peggy was a wonderful older sister to her two brothers, always ensuring they were loved well. She also had a special place in her heart for her Aunt Becky. She often traveled to Rocky Mount, NC to care for and visit with her. She adored her two precious dogs, Freeway and Gracie. Peggy was eager to support numerous charities throughout her life, sharing contributions to the important missions of various organizations. She enjoyed reading her Bible and listening to gospel music. She was a member of India Hook Methodist Church and later, Calvary Baptist Church.
Surviving are her brother, Jimmy Estes and her cousin, Stanley (Karen) Ferguson both of Rock Hill, SC.
