Rock Hill, SC – Mrs. Peggy F. Riggins, 85, passed away on Monday, March 11, 2024.
All services will be private.
A native of York County, Peggy was the daughter of the late Fred E. Faulkenberry and the late Juanita Duncan Faulkenberry. She was the widow of Kenneth Riggins (Pop). She was also preceded in death by her brother, Jerry W. Faulkenberry.
Peggy was a graduate of Rock Hill High School and York Technical College. She retired from Springs Industries with 40 years of service and was co-owner of the original “The Little Café.” Peggy also was a charter member of Woodhaven Baptist Church.
Peggy is survived by her son, Kenny Riggins (Michelle) of Rock Hill; her daughter, Pam Riggins Hoover (Ron) of Westfield, IN; five grandchildren, Lacie Riggins Helms, McKenzie Hoover Evans (Bryan), Landon Hoover (Jessica), Autum Brownfield (Jimmy) and Jake Riggins (Erin); and six great-grandchildren, Jalynn Helms, River Helms, Brody Hoover, Maddux Hoover, Brooklyn Hoover and Gavyn Evans.
