Fort Mill, SC – Mr. Phillip Gale Griffith, 73, passed away on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at Atrium Health Main, Charlotte, NC.
Memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 1830 Celanese Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29732 with Reverend John Nowaczewshi officiating. Visitation with the family and friends will follow the service at the church.
Born in Mount Vernon, IL, Mr. Griffith was the son of the late James Thomas Griffith and the late Anna Belle Bumpus Griffith. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Frank Griffith. He was retired from Target Stores. He was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church.
Mr. Griffith is survived by his wife, Sharon Cook Griffith; his son, Barrett (Mary) Griffith; his granddaughter, Brenda Griffith.
