Phyllis Criswell Meinhart, 83, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at her home in Rock Hill, SC.
Phyllis was born on February 7, 1942, to the late John Criswell and Joy Musgrave in Marion, Ohio. She remembered among her fondest achievements in life were becoming a mother to Pam and Bill, becoming a grandmother, and moving to South Carolina with Don.
She is survived by her son, Charles William Meinhart, her fiancé, Donald Osborn, her 6 grandchildren, Charles Meinhart II, Bradley Meinhart, Jillian Meinhart, Brianna Meinhart, Mike Monroe, and Heather Monroe; her 8 great-grandchildren, and daughter Rachelle Stewart.
She is preceded in death by her late parents.
A celebration of life service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill, SC 29732.
