Robert Gene Belcher, Jr., of Rock Hill, SC, passed away peacefully on April 28, 2026, surrounded by family.
Robert was born on April 11, 1958, in Logan, WV, to Robert Gene Belcher, Sr. and Betty Ruth Belcher.
He served in the United States Army as a private and worked as an electrician for most of his life. He married his wife, Kim Belcher, in 2007, and together they shared 19 wonderful years.
He is survived by his wife, Kim Belcher of Rock Hill, SC; son, Chris Belcher of Delbarton, WV; daughter, Eleasha (Justin) Reed of Belfry, KY; daughter, Brittany Long (Antonio) of Chester, SC; son, Brandon Williams of Rock Hill, SC; mother, Betty Belcher of Prosperity, SC; brother, David (Alice) Belcher of Richburg, SC; sister, Vicky Belcher of Prosperity, SC; brother, Jason (Cynthia) Belcher of Kings Mountain, NC; and grandchildren, Dalton Reed, Katelynn Reed, Maci Belcher, and Island Jones.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Gene Belcher, Sr.; son, Jeremy Shane Belcher; and brother, John Glenn Belcher.
The family will announce details of a memorial gathering at a later date.
