Rock Hill, SC – Ronald “Ronnie” Alan Every, 69, passed away on Friday, March 8, 2024, at his home.
Ronnie was born on December 29, 1954, to the late Lyon and Evelyn Every in Spartanburg, SC. In his work life, he worked as the National Sales Manager with Cisaplast USA Glass Doors. He enjoyed cooking, gardening, yardwork and “solving the world’s problems” while riding his lawnmower, in his pastime. Ronnie is known for his friendly, generous, outgoing nature, and for his sense of humor. He was a source of strength and support to his family. He loved reading his Bible daily to gain wisdom and guidance for his life. He was a member of St. John’s United Methodist Church for many years and also attended Oakdale Baptist Church where his grandchildren are involved. He deeply loved his family and loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He touched the lives of everyone he met and will be dearly missed.
He is survived by his loving wife, Alice Null Every; his children, Denise Smith (Chris), Katrina McDowell (James), and Jimmy Kanipe; his brother Dave LeGrande; his grandchildren, Melissa, Jennifer (Michael Puglia), Devin, Trinity, Josie, and Jaxon; and his great-grandchildren, Serynity, Christopher, Dominic, Dakota, and Enslee; and many nieces and nephews. Ronnie is preceded in death by his late parents, Lyon Every and Evelyn LeGrande; and his brothers, Charles Every, Johnny Every, Alton Every, and Roger Every.
The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at Oakdale Baptist Church, 1249 Oakdale Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29730. A funeral service for Mr. Every will take place following the visitation at the church, beginning at 2:00 PM. Following the service, the burial will take place at Laurelwood Cemetery, 143 Laurel St, Rock Hill, SC 29730.
