Catawba – Mr. Ronald Eugene Heisler, Sr., 75, passed away on Friday, March 3, 2023 at his home.
The funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, with Rev. Jerry Devinney officiating. Burial will be in Ebenezer ARP Church Cemetery.
Born in Basco, IL, Mr. Heisler was the son of the late Eugene “Red” Charles Heisler and the late Marjorie Plowman Heisler. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Robinson Heisler; his sisters, Connie Harnetiaux and Jennifer Heisler; his brother, Rick Heisler; and his grandparents. He was a US Army veteran serving in Vietnam. He trained and showed horses.
Surviving are his wife, Donna Cranford Heisler; two sons, Ronald Eugene (Brandy Lynn) Heisler Jr; one grandchild, Nicholas Ron Heisler; and Roy Shawn (Chrystal Ann) Heisler; two grandchildren, Carter Shawn Heisler and Laney Caroline Heisler; four sisters, Vicki (Tim) Wear, Kathy (Bobby) Knowles, Rebecca (Dale) Shipe, and Susette (Tony) Goetz.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm-7:30 pm on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill, SC.
