Sherri Britt, 61, passed away on January 9, 2025. She was born on January, 18, 1963 in York County, SC to the late Toy and Sarah Willaims. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Marion Britt Jr.; siblings, Troy Williams and Vonne Queen. She is survived by daughters, Wendy Howell (Melvin) and Ashley Lineberger; siblings, Roy Williams and Debra Williams; grandchildren, Kendall Wiley, Wyatt Howell, Sarah Elizabeth Howell, Aubree Sexton; and many other family members.
Mrs. Britt owned a painting business, Williams Painting, in York, SC. She loved spending time with her family, she especially enjoyed and cherished time spent with her grandchildren. She enjoyed fishing and camping. She had a big heart and personality, and she would do anything for anyone.
A memorial service will be on Sunday, January 19, 2025 at 3 PM at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill, SC, 29732 with Pastor Corey Lanier officiating. Visitation will be following after the service.
