Rock Hill, SC – Mr. Thomas A. Ballard, 76, passed away Wednesday, May 24, 2023. Tommy was born on October 29, 1946 in York County, SC and was the son of the late William Crawford Ballard and Lois Brazzell Ballard.
A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, May 28, 2023 at 11:00 am at Glencairn Garden, 728 Crest Street, Rock Hill, SC 29730.
Tommy attended Rock Hill High School and was a veteran in the United States Marine Corps and served in Vietnam. He was an avid Gamecock fan and loved fishing.
Tommy is survived by his wife of 53 years, Paulette K. Ballard; daughter, Andi Alexander (Craig); and son, Justin Ballard (Lucy) all of Rock Hill. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Sutton Reamer (Jason) of Charleston and Eli Alexander of Rock Hill and his brother, Ricky Ballard (Mary Ann) of Rock Hill.
