Rock Hill – Thomas Gregg Wiedenman passed in peace on June 30, 2025 at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill, SC. A 1964 graduate of Riggs HS in Pierre, SD, Tom earned his BA from Louisiana State University his MS from Iowa State University, and his PhD from the University of New South Wales (Sydney, Australia). Tom was a gifted and innovative teacher and administrator for more than 40 years in both private and public schools in Australia (Victoria, New South Wales) and America (Louisiana, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey). Predeceased by his parents, Francis H. & Essie Baggs Wiedenman, Tom is survived by his wife, Kathleen Miller; his son, Matthew Ellis, Ph.D; and his sister, Jeanne Waddell.
Who can say for certain, maybe you’re still here.
