Rock Hill, South Carolina – Trey (Horace Eugene) Privette III, age 40, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by cherished loved ones on Sunday, March 24, 2024.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, March 29, 2024 at 4:00 pm at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill, SC 29732. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
A native of Rock Hill, SC, Trey graduated from Northwestern High School and later from The University of South Carolina.
He is survived by his loving parents, Tanner Bourne Bryant and Horace Eugene “Buddy” Privette, Jr. (Tracy), his dedicated wife Jennifer, his adored son Jackson Bourne Privette, 12, Allie Jean Hallman, 11, his sister and brother-in-law Will and Melissa Shillinglaw, niece Hazel Shillinglaw and nephews Dixon and Wyatt Shillinglaw. His Uncle Bob and Aunt Alice Ciminel, Aunt Nancy Yarborough, and many cousins.
Trey was an avid outdoorsman and Gamecock fanatic who rarely missed a game. He loved being Jackson’s dad more than anything and never missed an opportunity to spend time with him.
