York, SC – Troy Ronald Williams, 54, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2024 at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, SC.
The family will receive friends at the home of his sister, Sherri Britt, 1566 Sandy Hill Road, York, SC through Thursday, January 18, 2024. Services will be private.
Born in Rock Hill, SC, Mr. Williams was the son of the late Toy Ronald Williams and the late Sarah Rabon Williams. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Toye Yvonne Queen, his brother-in-law, Jimmy Britt, his fiancé, Dania Sutton. He worked as an electrician for numerous years, and later worked for his father at Williams Paint.
Mr. Williams loved playing horseshoes and cornhole. One of his favorite things was to goof-off with his grandkids, always making things fun. Most importantly, he loved his family.
Surviving are his daughter, Ariel (Nic) Wells of Spartanburg, SC; son, Troy Dylon Williams; two sisters, Sherri Britt of York, SC, and Debra (Chip) Williams; twin brother, Roy D. Williams; granddaughter, Belle Mathis; grandson, Sebastian Wells; four nephews, Josh Williams, Mason Williams, Travis Queen, and Brian Lee Williams; and two nieces, Wendy Howell, Ashley Lineberger.
