Rock Hill, SC – Mrs. Vivian Ingram Fickling, 82, passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2023 at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House, Rock Hill.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, March 16, 2023 at Northside Baptist Church, 1140 Curtis Street, Rock Hill, with Reverend Dr. Scott Davis and Reverend Dr. Jerry Sosebee officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Park – Cherry Road following the service. Visitation with the family and friends will be at 10:00 am until 10:45 am, prior to the service at the church. Friends may visit at other times at the home of her son, Monty and wife, Donya Fickling, 2147 Fox Creek Lane, Rock Hill, SC 29732.
Born in Lancaster, SC, Mrs. Fickling was the daughter of the late Benjamin Franklin “Frank” Ingram and the late Thelma Leigh Hunter Ingram. She was also preceded in death by her great-grandson, Johnathan Baker. She was a retired bookkeeper with many years of service. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church.
Mrs. Fickling is survived by her husband of 65 years, David Fickling; her son, Monty (Donya) Fickling of Rock Hill; two daughters, Crystal F. (David) Guyton of Rock Hill, and Cindy F. (Mac) Dobson of Lancaster, SC; four grandsons, Matthew (Lindsay), Nathan (Erica), Daniel (Macie), Caleb (Jessica); five granddaughters, Candace (Chris), Michelle (Mike), Emily (Josh), Jessica, and Hannah; seven great-grandsons, Mason, Cameron, Joshua, Alex, Case, Easton, John; six great-granddaughters, Bekah, Abby, Madison, Channing, Maci, Caterina.
